Q: How old are you?
A: I am 17 years old.
Q: Are you in high school?
A: I will be graduating in 2017.
Q: Why do you make the same cupcakes?
A: I make cupcakes based on what people want, so in November and December of 2016, people only wanted Pumpkin Ginger Spiced Cupcakes.
Q: Why do you bake?
A: I want to own a bakery once I graduate college.
Q: What's your favorite thing about baking?
A: My favorite thing about baking is seeing how much I've grown since I've started. I believe practice makes perfect and the first time I made cupcakes they were okay but I had trouble with frosting the cupcakes and tasting to see if they were good but now I've learned how to frost them and I'm still learning each and every time I make cupcakes.
Q: You said you wanted to own a bakery, did you mean cupcakery?
A: No, I said bakery because I do enjoy making cookies, muffins, pies, and regular cakes. Cupcakes are my favorite type of baked good but I do plan on selling all kinds of things in my shop.
